For equipment value below$1,000 before savings, a selection containing a heated roaster has$35 delivery; support-only selections have$7 delivery. Delivery is included from$1,000. The batch sheet displays the calculation for your current selection.

Use a complete contact name, street, city, postcode and country. Keep access requirements in mind for a larger machine, and check its external dimensions before placing the order.

For a damaged item, incorrect accessory or return question, contact support@roastphase.shop with the reference and product name before sending anything back. Retain packaging and avoid operating equipment whose condition is uncertain.

A return destination must be supplied for the particular request. Do not send equipment to an inferred address or include payment credentials in an enquiry.
