Why keep a roast record?

Roast Phase brings small roasting machines and the less glamorous support pieces into one equipment register. Cooling space, chaff collection and a readable batch note matter alongside the drum itself.

We organize the roasters by working mass, not by the largest headline number. The batch sheet keeps your intended mass with each machine, so a plan can be checked before delivery details are entered.

Our capacity desk is deliberately limited: it compares the published ranges without inventing roast curves or promising a particular taste. Your own observations belong in the next page of the log.
